Notre cheddar millésimé vieilli en cave, Rock Star, est au cœur de ce plateau de grignotage époustouflant. Parfait pour accompagner un apéritif, ce plateau de partage décadent comprend des fruits secs, des noix, du chutney et des craquelins fruités.

METHOD

  1. Take Rock Star out of the fridge for at least half an hour to allow it to reach room temperature.
  2. Remove the sticky labels from the cheese and cut into wedges or cubes (please see our cutting guide for step-by-step instructions) before placing on the sharing board.
  3. Place the jar of chutney on the sharing board (or decant into bowls if preferred).
  4. Add the dried apricots, sultanas and walnuts, followed by the fruit toast.
