Transform our Rock Star Fondue Cheese Bake into a delicious cheese sauce for this gnocchi gratin with chopped sun-dried tomatoes and fresh parsley. Topped with sprinkling of grated Rock Star, our vintage cave-aged Cheddar, this makes an easy but delicious midweek supper.
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/Gas 5.
- Cook the gnocchi for half the suggested time then drain. Pop it into an ovenproof dish (or a few smaller ones) with the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach leaves.
- Meanwhile, heat the Rock Star Fondue Cheese Bake in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. Pour it into a bowl or jug and mix in the milk to make a cheese sauce.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the gnocchi and place the dish onto a baking tray. Sprinkle on the grated Rock Star Cheddar then bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Sprinkle over the fresh parsley and some black pepper and serve with crusty bread.
