I have ordered from Snowdonia Cheese Company a couple of times now as gifts for a friend who absolutely loves their truffle cheese. I have not had any problems with the delivery and the whole process is smooth and efficient. They are very responsive as I made a mistake on the delivery address and emailed wondering if they would respond and I didn't have to worry, they promptly changed the address and redirected the courier company to the correct address whilst keeping me informed. Excellent customer service and products.
If I could have given it 10 stars, I would have done. I’ve tried various brands since I had truffle cheese on holiday in Italy. This is the best!
