Ruby cheese highly recommended for after dinner

I find the ruby cheese to be a great after dinner product. Full bodied and enhanced with port. This is the second order after first trying it at the Horse Show at the Royal Hospital Chelsea in August 2024. I my view "Highly Recommended"

Snowdonia cheeses

Ruby mist is sitting in the fridge awaiting our attention but if it's anywhere near as delightful as the Green Thunder,will be greatly enjoyed. Having chosen a selection to try, we're very impressed with these cheeses.
