Decadent Cheese Hamper
This joyful introduction to the world of Snowdonia Cheese Co showcases six handcrafted cheeses – our classic Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar; naturally smoked Beech Wood; Bouncing Berry, bursting with sweet cranberries; spicy Red Devil red Leicester; Red Storm, our vintage Red Leicester; and Truffle Trove extra mature Cheddar infused with Black Summer truffles.
Cheese Selection & Wine Hamper
Mark a special occasion with the classic pairing of cheese and wine, presented in a beautiful wicker hamper. Inside, you’ll discover four of our famous handcrafted waxed cheeses: Black Bomber, our flagship extra mature Cheddar; Red Storm vintage Red Leicester; Rock Star vintage cave-aged Cheddar; and Truffle Trove, our extra mature Cheddar with Black Summer truffle. They’re complemented by three tangy chutneys – Balsamic Caramelised Onion, Rhubarb & Gin, and Fig & Apple. You’ll also find a Black Bomber Welsh Rarebit Cheese Bake, and some Fig & Cranberry Crackers – an unbeatable base for a generous wedge of our Cheddar – plus a Snowdonia Cheese Co serving board, crafted from Welsh slate.
In addition, we’ve gathered together some of our favourite nibbles from our guest producers: a duo of decadent Willie’s Cacao artisan chocolate bars, and a bottle of Montes Colchagua Carmenère, a complex and fruity red wine from Chile whose silky-smooth tannins make it a glorious partner for our cheeses.
Luxury Cheese & Wine Hamper
Raise a glass and celebrate with this luxury collection of our most popular cheeses, expertly matched with red wine and a host of delicious accompaniments. Black Bomber, Rock Star, Red Storm and Truffle Trove cheeses are joined by Balsamic Caramelised Onion and Fig & Apple chutneys, a Rock Star Cheese & Wine Bake, and malty Wholemeal & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crackers. We’ve also included a 75cl bottle of Montes Alpha Colchagua Carmenère, a smooth but complex Chilean red with intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits. This is foodie heaven, wrapped up in a slate-blue hamper.
Celebration Cheese Cake
Make your table centrepiece a true showstopper with our Celebration Cheese Cake. A wonderful 2kg wheel of Red Storm, our classic vintage Red Leicester, forms the bottom layer of this charming cheese tower. It’s topped with 400g Black Bomber, our extra-creamy extra mature Cheddar, and 200g truckles of both Green Thunder – our mature Cheddar with roasted garlic and aromatic herbs – and Rock Star, our delicious cave-aged vintage Cheddar.
Serves 28-40 people, based on 70-90g servings.
Ultimate Cheese Cake Tower
Wow your party guests with a magnificent tower of our finest cheeses. A supersized 3kg Black Bomber, our signature extra mature Cheddar, is topped with six award-winning cheeses in decreasing sizes: 2kg Red Storm vintage Red Leicester; 1.5kg Rock Star vintage cave-aged Cheddar; 400g Black Bomber; 200g Beech Wood, a mature Cheddar naturally cold-smoked over beechwood; 200g Rock Star; and, finally, 150g Truffle Trove, our luxuriously rich extra mature Cheddar infused with Italian Black Summer truffle. The ultimate celebration centrepiece.
