Ingredients
- 1 Rock Star Fondue Cheese Bake
- 300g skin-on fries
- 300g sweet potato fries
- Gravy (ready-made or make your own)
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced, or chives, chopped
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C fan/170°C/Gas 5.
- Cook the Rock Star Cheese & Wine Bake according to the pack instructions. Cook the skin-on and sweet potato fries in the oven at the same time.
- Heat the gravy while the chips are cooking.
- When the fries are ready, toss them together in a big bowl.
- Pour over the cheese bake then scatter over some spring onions and/or chives and serve with a jug of gravy at the side for pouring over the poutine.
