Ingredients
- Black Bomber pesto
- 3 tbsp soured cream
- 100g Spiced Tomato & Vodka Chutney
- 5-6 asparagus stems
- 6 radishes
- Handful of red chicory
- Handful of green olives
- Handful of crackers
- 4 breadsticks
- 100g Green Thunder
- 100g Black Bomber
- 100g Red Storm
Method
- To make a pesto dip, make the Black Bomber pesto then mix it with the soured cream. Transfer to a small bowl and place on the board.
- Add the chutney, vegetables and a bowl of olives to the platter.
- Place the crackers and breadsticks on the board.
- Slice the cheeses and add to the board.
