Make this spicy nachos recipe by grating Red Devil, our Red Leicester laced with Habanero chillies and peppers, over plain tortilla chips and placing it all under a hot grill until the cheese is bubbling. They’re delicious just as they are – or you can serve them with soured cream, guacamole, salsa and a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a fiery movie-night sharing snack.
Method
- Evenly spread tortilla chips on a baking tray.
- Grate over Red Devil cheese.
- Place under a hot grill for approximately 3 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
- Serve with your favourite accompaniments.
