Stuffed Jacket with Balsamic Onion Chutney & Black Bomber
Ingredients
- Ingredients: 4 medium potatoes
- 120g Snowdonia Black Bomber cheese (grated)
- 4 dessertspoons of Snowdonia Balsamic Onion Chutney
METHOD
- Wash potatoes and bake in hot oven until cooked through.
- Split potatoes in half and scoop out flesh into a bowl
- Mix in grated cheese and gently fold through chutney
- Pile the filling back into the potato skins
- Bake in a hot oven 190/Gas 5 for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot
