Black Bomber hasselback potatoes
Ingredients
- Large white potatoes
- Black Bomber cheese
- Ingredients: Large white potatoes Black Bomber cheese Olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
METHOD
- Pre-heat oven to 200°c
- Shave the Black Bomber into thin slices
- Thinly slice 3/4 way into the potatoes horizontally, place on a baking tray, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shavings of Black Bomber liberally over the top.
- Return to the oven and bake for a further 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft and the cheese has melted.
